Payments to Helpline Go
Whenever you make a payment to Helpline Go, you are entitled to receive an official receipt. All payments are recorded in our system, and receipts/acknowledgements are issued through secure software channels.

Payments to Staff - Strictly Prohibited
Clients must not make personal payments to any Helpline Go employee under any circumstance. If any staff member promises documents, approvals, or faster processing for extra money, report immediately to management.
Any private agreement between a client and employee is entirely at the client's risk; the company is not responsible for outcomes.
Third-Party Vendor Referrals
Do not accept referrals to external vendors from Helpline Go staff. Such referrals are not company-authorized. Helpline Go is not responsible for payments, fraud, or losses involving unauthorized third-party vendors.
Fraudulent Documents and Misrepresentation
Helpline Go handles only genuine cases. We do not support applications involving fake documents, false information, or fraudulent claims. If incorrect or misleading information is submitted, Helpline Go is not liable for the consequences.
We rely on the accuracy of documents provided by clients and assume submissions are true and valid.
Important Warnings to Clients
- Do not submit forged documents or fake certificates. Visa refusal and legal action may follow.
- Do not believe anyone claiming they can influence approvals or speed up processing for money.
- Do not trust individuals posing as embassy officers outside official premises.
- Beware of fake websites that imitate official government portals.
- Beware of job or visa scams promising unrealistic offers abroad.
- Fraudulent submissions can lead to visa bans up to 10 years or more.

Submitting fake documents or misrepresentation can result in visa rejection, long-term travel bans, and criminal charges. Immigration departments actively work with global authorities to detect fraud.
Guarantees and Promises
Helpline Go does not guarantee a job, visa, or permit. Visa outcomes are decided by immigration authorities, and employment outcomes are decided by employers. No employee is authorized to promise approvals or placements.
